Method 1: Using Settings
Open the BusinessLine app.
Tap the "Settings" icon (often a gear icon) in the top left corner, accessible from the Message, Keypad, or Recents screens.
Scroll down and select "Blocked Numbers".
Tap "Add Number to Blocklist".
Choose the country code and enter the phone number you want to block. You can also tap "Contacts" to select a contact from your list.
Tap "Add to Blocklist" to confirm.
Method 2: Blocking from Call History
Open the BusinessLine app and tap the "Recents" icon at the bottom.
Find the contact you want to block in your call history.
Swipe left on the contact's entry.
Tap "Block" from the menu that appears.
Remember:
Blocked contacts cannot reach you through calls or messages on your BusinessLine.
You can unblock a number anytime by going to the "Blocked Numbers" list and tapping "Unblock" next to the contact.
