  • Pending: Your verification hasn’t started yet. You might still need to submit required documents or information.
  • Started: The verification process has begun. The system is reviewing your submitted documents and beginning identity checks.
  • Processing: Your information is actively being analyzed and validated.
  • Approved: Your profile verification has been successfully completed, and your account is fully verified.
  • Failed: Verification was unsuccessful. This could be due to unclear documents, incorrect details, or technical issues. If you see a Failed status, the process will revert to Pending, allowing you to correct and resubmit your information.
